Stephen Friedheim and his wife Jan are strategic coaches with their firm, Education Systems & Solutions in Dallas. Steve has been actively involved in the sector since he was hired in 1976 to be the Executive Vice President of the Association of Independent Colleges and Schools. In ’84 he left Washington to come to Dallas and marry Jan, who had a secretarial college. He has the distinction of being the first elected Chairman of the Board of the Career College Association. Seven years ago he and his wife formed their consulting firm to assist career schools with planning, accreditation, curriculum development, and personnel training.
